The degree I'm talking of is called <A HREF="http://tecfa.unige.ch/tecfa/teaching/teaching-overview.html" target="_top">STAF</A> (stands for "Sciences et Technologies de l'Apprentissage et de la Formation"). Some basic knowledge in the domain of psychology and, of course, in data processing (computer) are required to be accepted as student. </BLOCKQUOTE> You could ask why are the student supposed to have a background in psychology ? The answer could be another question: how do you want to make a good software (for example an apprentissage programm) without some notions of psychology ? How a programmer (even a good and intelligent one) could do something good without knowing some concepts like working memory, visual load, learning rules, software ergonomy, communications laws, and so on.. . How do you want to adapt a programm a lot of people if you don't even know how these people work ? If you're intersted you can have a look to our <A HREF="staf.htm">work</A> (in french) as student. </BLOCKQUOTE> The year has just begun and from now on, it seems quite hard, but intersting. There is a lot of <A HREF="http://tecfa.unige.ch/tecfa/general/tecfa-people/tecfa-people.html" target="_top">people</A> who are motivaded.
