					<content>
						<para>The two web tools are all available in the Internet. We can even download the try version to try them for three months. Besides there are a lot of documantations on the web which can help people learn how to use the servers either as instructor or as student. After learning and comparing the features/tools and the course structures of the two servers, the individuals or institutions can easily make the choice according to their needs.</para>

			<title>Time limit</title>
			<content>
				<para>Since time is too limited for me, I was not able to try to create courses with the two servers. I think if I sould create courses by using the both of them, I would find more interesting things. For example, I would like create an English course using WebCT, and several other language courses, say English, French and Chinese, I would find more differences between the two. I would find both their advantages and disadvantages. </para>
